China Railway Execs Learn About Axion’s Patented Tech

We recently held some productive meetings at Rutgers with several executives from China’s railway industry. Beyond expanding our own understanding of their unique challenges, it was a great opportunity for us to show them first hand the cost efficiencies, environmental sustainability and long term durability of our patented thermoplastics. There are vast growth opportunities for Axion in China, so this introduction was a productive first step.

What will stop China or any other country from just copying the products. They seem to be wonderful and environmentally great products but as I said
how will you control outside US where patents are ignored?

Axion intends to aggressively protect (and defend if necessary) not only its patents but also its intellectual property. The rule of law is an important milestone in the selection process of all partners.
